At the Consumer Jour Fixe, we meet with consumers or the specialist target group at regular intervals and discuss current issues that concern your team. In this way, we establish a fixed instance for spontaneous, customer-centred exchange during innovation phases, campaign planning or the brand strategy process.


Methods

  • Online group discussions moderated by Dialego in its own chat tool on a text basis with 8-10 participants and a duration of 60 minutes per chat session - repeated at regular intervals

  • Client teams follow everything live, also internationally via integrated AI translator, questions & test material are adapted iteratively

  • Can be used quickly and pragmatically as well as in depth as required

  • Inspiring experience character, especially when accompanying workshops

Customer centricity becomes an experience

The challenge

The Business Insights department of a brand group wanted to actively bring customer centricity into the company. Brand teams should be able to discuss their questions with target groups.

Result

In the first two years, we conducted more than 50 LiveChat sessions for almost 15 brands in their individual target groups. Using a well-structured system consisting of a short briefing, kick-off and agile implementation. In this way we were able to support many decisions.
